To place an order, please

We strive to provide the best customer service. For stock items, orders placed before 2:00 pm PST are typically shipped on the same day. We confirm the receipt of the order via email and provide tracking information. Please give us a call if you have placed an order and do not hear from us within 24 hours.

- by credit card: we accept Visa and MasterCard.
- by purchase order (requires customer account): please fax or e-mail your purchase order with the order form. Our standard terms are Net 30; FOB Eugene, OR.
